Description
The Redleaf RDE-605WR WiFi endoscope is a unique device that allows you to film and take pictures in hard-to-reach places. With a 5 metre rigid cable and a small 14.2 millimetre wide camera, it’s a kit that will allow you to capture images in nooks and crannies that you would never be able to reach with a smartphone, camera or even the smallest sports camera.
Communications
The endoscope can be wirelessly connected to mobile devices running Android (version 4.2 and above) or iOS (version 8.0 and above). This requires the installation of the dedicated DR-SEE app (available free of charge on Google Play and the App Store), which allows the recorded image to be transmitted in real time, without the need for additional cables. In addition, the WiFi module is equipped with a screen that will inform us of the battery level and connection to a smartphone.
Image quality and dark filming
The camera installed in the endoscope Redleaf RDE-605WR allows it to record videos and images with a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. LEDs around the lens allow you to record in complete darkness, and the Auto Focus function ensures automatic focus. This allows the finest details of filmed objects to be seen, even in places where there is no light at all. In addition, the power of the backlight can be adjusted using the DR-SEE app.
Multifunctional overlays
Special overlays are included to further extend the practical use of the endoscope Redleaf RDE-605WR The magnet and hook, will allow you to extract small objects from hard-to-reach places. The mirror cap, on the other hand, will turn the endoscope into a small periscope that will allow filming and shooting from a different angle.
Stiff cable
The use of a rigid cable in the device allows the cable to be conveniently modelled. This makes it easier to adapt the shape of the cable to the space in which you want to use it.
Water and dust resistance
The device meets the IP68 standard. After fitting a special waterproof cap, which is included in the kit, the endoscope can be submerged in water (not applicable to the WiFi module). This is useful, for example, when diagnosing problems with leaking or clogged plumbing.
